Tatler Homes featured the Four Seasons Park project in their December 2024 issue.
This Art Deco inspired apartment has hints of a Parisian pied-a-terre and features whimsical wallpapers, bursts of colour and an eclectic mix of furniture from classic lines, to Bauhaus moments.

The Parisian Joie de Vivre exudes from this apartment in Orchard Road. Mixing Art Deco lines and more classic details, this home is an exuberant mix of pattern, texture and colours. Arjan approached the apartment as if different generations changed and added to the design, creating a unique home that represents the home owner and her lifestyle.

On August 1, CNA aired their lifestyle programme Making Room featuring a small apartment with a Modern Resort scheme. With specific requirements and adding a lot more storage, we transformed this space to a cosy home.

Two years ago, we completed this apartment and worked closely with the home owners to create their dream home. It took them some time to really decorate and add the final touches to the place. With their final touches and our leg work on all the interior design works and material selections, this is truly a nice abode to call home.

Sometimes older apartments make the best transformations. With a more generous floorplan and a nice flow, this apartment in Katong Gardens got a modern lux resort make over. A variety of materials and custom made wood fluted panels and beamed ceiling make great design statements. This is definitely a style to keep an eye out for, as it’s a trend we will see coming up in the years to come.

Our Joo Chiat walk-up apartment got featured in Square Rooms – with its distinct glam industrial look, it proves to be a popular style for the media to pick it up as one of the upcoming trends. This old apartment gave us ample opportunity to expose raw concrete and brick, juxtaposing it with clean lined Mod furniture and a dash of Peranakan influence.

Although small in scale, this apartment packs a punch in bold design and materiality. Inspired by Hemmingway’s Cuban retreat, we mixed mid century furniture with bold tropical colours and features. From the TV nook to the cosy library, wherever you turn, you will see some detail and subtle features.

This Joo Chiat walk-up got a chic industrial make over, exposing raw concrete beams and brick walls and juxtaposing these elements with sleek mid century furniture and loads of pops of colour. Explore more about this unique apartment in this write up in Home and Décor magazine below:

Follow how Arjan transforms a four-room BTO apartment into a farmhouse chic home for a young couple and their baby girl. To cater for the piano teacher wife, one room was transformed into a music studio, including a baby grand piano. Another nice feature is the jib door disguised as a bookshelf hides the entrance to the principal bedroom suite and the use of a TV lift to hide the TV when not in use.

Our Star Wars inspired transformation of this HDB apartment is keeping drawing attention. Although completed a couple of years back, it was featured as a short on the newly launched HGTV – Asia channel. Over the years a lot more collections were added to the home and it was nice to see how well the home adapted to the home owners new passions.
