The inspiration for the design came from the luxury penthouse suites found in the Carribean, with its warm yet breezy colour palettes, white woodworks and the use of louvered doors. We are planning an overhaul for the unit, but retaining the original flooring as they are in a good condition and can be resurfaced.

Major changes are made to the kitchen, we are enlarging the space and using some area in the living room to create a foyer as well as more countertop space. Adding the foyer will create an enfilade layout, adding some privacy to the main living spaces. The large master bedroom will be divided to create a walk-in wardrobe and a reshuffle in the master bathroom will create a larger shower cubicle and more space for the WC.
