Drawing inspiration from the elegant homes found on Fifth Avenue New York, this condo is being transformed into a contemporary transitional home. Architectural details will be paired down to a modern streamlined look, juxtaposed with elegant furniture and artwork.

Keeping the colours bright with a warm undertone, the spacious condo features high ceilings and a wonderful flow. A large reshuffle will create a large master suite, with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. A guest room sits at the end of a passage next to a small study room.

The semi-open kitchen can be closed off with double leaf french doors – allowing more natural light in the dining area as well as a line of sight when guests are over for dinner.
