With its large span of windows, this dated apartment is getting a complete overhaul – implementing a loft vibe with a mix of mod furniture and Asian inspired artwork. By opening up the walls, we are shifting the center of the home to the place where most people like to gravitate – the kitchen. An eclectic mix of materials will create an individual look that oozes personality.

The living spaces will feature wood floors, for a softer an more homey look – while the floor transitions into a light pavement brick floor in the kitchen. This adds texture and layering for the shaker style kitchen. The large island will be the command center of the home, while odd spaces are squared off – creating an enfilade of rooms that open up and create designated spaces.
