Building on the existing vibe of the home, we are completely transforming the space to bring in much-needed light and airiness. Selecting a beach home theme, often seen at houses in the Hamptons, this home will be a perfect space for a large family. Since the house was built in the mid-nineties, a lot of work needed to be done to bring it up to date. All the electric wiring needed to be revamped and brought into this century with ample power points and internet connection. The roof needed insulation and many alterations are being made to room layouts and adding more storage.
Keeping original features like the marble floors, wrought iron balustrades, and windows, the design is embracing these features and make them an integral part of the overall design approach.
The kitchen will feature shaker style cabinets are finished in laminates and a tile wood floor will complement the overall look and feel, while other built-in features will follow a similar theme.
