Adapting a modern European style with a touch of eye-catching colours, the design aesthetics originates in Mid Century lines. These clean lines are paired with traditional architectural detailing like cornices and tall skirting boards. Wood flooring is laid throughout the unit, while at the front door a tile floor demarks a welcoming area where you can put your shoes.

With a small footprint, the kitchen carpentry is demarked in colour to differentiate the cooking area and the dry area. Touches of brass, coloured tiled flooring and hand pressed tiles for the backsplash provide the area for visual interest.

In the master bedroom, the cornices and skirting run through and soft grey shaker style wardrobes offer ample storage for clothes. The bathroom got a hotel vibe overhaul with nero marquina flooring and contrasting wall tiles. By keeping the carpentry in a teak finish, it adds a bit of elegance and warmth to the space.
